Another set of muscles is the abdominal muscles which are also referred to as the stomach muscles. This muscles are the main focus of each and every persons body because it is located centrally therefore it is very important to put up the muscles for the overall strength for the rest of the body.

There is also another group of muscles that are situated in the legs and are known as the quadriceps muscles and at times they are referred to as the quads. One of them is the hamstring muscle that is situated in the upper area of one’s leg. The most important muscle group that is found on the legs and requires vital demand and focus during body building workouts is the glutes which is also referred to as the buttocks. It includes the lats that are situated at the upper region of the back while the others that are positioned at the lower back region are called lower trap muscles. The study of anatomy body building is great and should be considered by all body builders because it creates comprehensive awareness and knowledge concerning all the muscles which in turn helps during the body building training program.
